KPMG were reappointed as auditors of the Foundation.
Special Meeting
A special meeting
of the Foundation was held in conjunction with the annual general meeting. The members
endorsed proposed amendments to the Foundations By-laws, recommended by the Board of
Directors. The amendments give effect to different voting entitlement of Founding members,
allow for different fee arrangements for different categories of members, and make
required procedural and drafting changes. The revised By-laws were approved by the
Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs effective January 11, 1999.
