ADVISORY BOARD CHANGES 2000 01 07

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 1998 09 10
The fourth annual general meeting of the Foundation was held on September 10, 1998.

KPMG were reappointed as auditors of the Foundation.

Special Meeting

A special meeting of the Foundation was held in conjunction with the annual general meeting. The members endorsed proposed amendments to the Foundation’s By-laws, recommended by the Board of Directors. The amendments give effect to different voting entitlement of Founding members, allow for different fee arrangements for different categories of members, and make required procedural and drafting changes. The revised By-laws were approved by the Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs effective January 11, 1999.
