Membership is for one year from the enrolment date. Founding members have five votes for the Board of Directors at annual meetings; general members have one vote.

Why become a founding member?

The Canadian Foundation for Dispute Resolution encourages companies and law firms to become founding members to ensure the Foundation’s financial viability.

Founding members will have more influence — through their voting rights — in shaping the Foundation’s objectives to ensure that it continues to meet the ongoing needs and expectations of its members.
